RX ACTIVE HEALTH · THE GYM AT SHELLHARBOUR

A 24/7 gym inside a 1300sqm health and performance warehouse.

Train any hour, get coached group strength sessions, work one to one with a trainer, and recover in the sauna and ice baths. All of it under the same roof as the physios who keep you moving.

INCLUDED WITH EVERY MEMBERSHIP

Join the gym and your first six weeks are already programmed.

No extra cost. It comes with your membership.

Most people do not stop going to the gym because they are lazy. They stop because they walk in, look at a room full of equipment, and have no idea what to do first.

Your six week program answers that. Our strength and conditioning coaches write it, our physiotherapists review it, and it arrives in your training app with the exercises, the guidance and the progression already mapped out. You train the plan instead of guessing.

THE TRAINING FLOOR

1300sqm of training floor, open every hour of every day.

The gym side of RX Active Health is a two-storey warehouse built for serious training. Free weights, machines, cardio and open floor space, with room to lift, move and never queue for a rack. And because the whole centre sits under one roof, the physiotherapy clinic is on the other side of the wall if something ever flares up.

WHAT YOU GET AS A MEMBER

GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING

Group training that builds strength, not just a sweat.

What gives Hustle Hut its edge is that our sessions are built by a personal trainer and a physiotherapist together. Heavier loads, around twelve reps or fewer, and roughly two minutes rest. You are not here to be wrecked, you are here to get stronger, and there is a difference.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One coach, one plan, built entirely around you.

Here is a session with a purpose. Your coach guides your form, your energy and your frustration. Personal training here starts with a one to one goal-setting consultation and a movement assessment, then your coach builds a program around your body, your history and your goals, with your sessions and program tracked in our app.

RECOVERY ROOMS

Sauna, ice baths and recovery rooms, steps from the gym floor.

Recovery is part of training, not a reward for it. Infrared sauna and cold plunge in private recovery rooms, straight off the gym floor. Add it to your membership or book a single session, and use it the way the physiotherapists actually recommend rather than as an afterthought.

INSIDE THE WAREHOUSE

Have a look around before you come in.

Two storeys, real equipment, and enough space that you are never waiting on a rack.

Trent (and Rx Physio) provided a very professional and comprehensive service. I have already seen significant improvement in just 1 session, and believe that the proposed treatment plan, will lead to longer term relief for my back pain!!

“I had my initial assessment with Emily at RX Physiotherapy. She was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain my hypermobility and how it affects my knees and ankles. The session focused on detailed testing and building a structured plan, and I left with clear exercises and an understanding of what the next steps will be. A very knowledgeable and supportive clinician.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Answers before you ask.

Yes. Members get app-based door access through KISI and can train any hour of any day. Staffed hours are when the team is on the floor.

No. Most people who walk in have not trained in a while, or are coming back after an injury. That is the normal starting point here, not the exception.

It is a six week training program included with every gym membership at no additional cost. A strength and conditioning coach writes it around your goal and your starting point, a physiotherapist reviews it, and you follow it in a training app with exercise demos and week by week progression. You need an active gym membership to use it. After the six weeks you can keep training on your membership, or move onto ongoing coaching or programming if you want the plan kept up to date.

No lock-in contract. Just give us 4 weeks’ notice if you would like to leave. Month-to-month is available on every membership, and the twelve-month rate is cheaper. The full terms are on our Terms & Conditions page.

Often yes. Our physiotherapists can assess what is safe for you to load, and your trainer works from that, because they are in the same building.

Yes. We run a 7 day trial at $10 that includes full 24/7 access, so you can use the gym properly rather than just walk through it. Sign-up is done in person during staffed hours. Bring a phone you can download the door access app onto, because that phone becomes your key.

That usually happens when you walk in with no plan. Here you start with a movement assessment and a six week program written by a coach and reviewed by a physiotherapist, so you always know what you are doing that day. Month to month membership also means you are never trapped paying for a gym you stopped using.

Yes. It keeps the gym safe, clean and comfortable for everyone. Wear an appropriate top, shorts, leggings or pants, and enclosed shoes, and use a towel on the equipment. Sport bras as tops, stringers, low-cut tops and open shoes or sandals are not permitted. Read the full dress code.
